2. Digital Products & Downloads - All digital product sales (eBooks, kits, templates, vault access, etc.) are final due to immediate delivery and access. No refunds will be issued once content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Billing Disputes - If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Exceptional Circumstances - In rare cases (duplicate purchases, technical issues with delivery), we may offer credit or a replacement at our sole discretion.
